Head of Learning & Development, £70K, London
I have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Learning & Development to come into a newly created role and develop the organisations people strategy, you will work very closely with the HR Director on the development of the people strategy and should have a significant impact on the organisation.
This role has a number of key projects in which you will look to develop the new Head of Learning & Development will:
* Develop a brand new team of 3 to deliver a variety of Learning & Training initiaves
* You will develop new Talent Development Programs in line with the business needs
* 1-1 coaching of senior managers
* Strategic development of the Learning & Development Strategy
* Develop e-learning platforms
* Design career pathways and competency frameworks
The business already has strong internal resources and you will be expected to make use of these resources however there will be an element of hands on delivery. You will ideally be MCIPD qualified or equivelant.
This is a very exciting opportunituy for someone to develop a function from almost nothing and deliver a best in class function to the business.
