I have a fantastic opportunity for one of our major blue chip clients who are looking for a senior Learning & Development professional to work in the group centre of their business in order to re-design and develop the organisations Global support functions. You will deliver an academy style approach to Global learning & development where there is a standardised L&D offering for the organisations corporate function.
This is a Global opportunity and you will sit as a part of the Groups corporate centre, you will need to be able to influence from a centre of excellent perspective meaning influencing multiple stakeholders in a complex matrix structure, meaning that your stakeholder management skills must be exceptional.
The new incumbent of this role will have the following:
* Experience delivering Global academy solutions
* You must have some experience within a global business
* Worked in a decentralised organisation & specifically a learning function with primary delivery responsibility
* Developed learning solutions as part of wider capability building initiatives
* Professional knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, and development principles, including underpinning technology.
* You will be degree qualified or have an equivalent qualification
* You must have worked in a complex Global business
