To apply for the role of Senior HR Officer / Business Partner you must have a true generalist HR background and be able to operate in a stand alone role within a growing Manufacturing company. You must have demonstrable experience within a generalist HR role with a proven track record in implementing policies and procedures. You must be able to interact at all levels from shop floor / agency workers to board level and should be prepared to attend management meetings to present on people issues. You should also have some understanding of Health and Safety and be able to look after health and safety within the company - although the main focus of your role is the HR side. Our client have also requested experience within a highly process driven manufacturing operation.
