HR Manager – Special projects

Hertfordshire£55000 - £65000 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Manager with strong project management experience. This role will involve partnering with the HRD and senior stakeholders across this multi site business.

Day to day responsibilities will include
• Act as business partner whilst building relationships with line management
• Support HRD in the implementation of business aligned processes / procedures
• To provide support, advice and guidance on procedures, employment legislation, disciplinary, recruitment, grievance and ER issues
• To assist the training and development function through correctly identifying staff training and management development needs. To recommend training interventions where appropriate and to monitor effectiveness of training to ensure operational needs are met
• Manage and support HR projects
• To deliver training where appropriate
• Feedback on key business needs experienced/observed

You will need to have:
• Proven track record of delivering significant HR projects
• Working within best practice in core areas - (recruitment, employee relations, change management and restructuring/rationalisation)
• Essential is the ability to work within in a fast paced, multi site environment
• Knowledge of Industrial and Legislative practices
• Performance management processes
• Development & training delivery
• Succession planning
• Dealing with expatriates and assignees

• L&D Projects
• Implementing Flex benefits
• Employer branding
• Salary Benchmarking etc

This role is offered on a 6 months temp-perm months and is to start ASAP however people with a notice period of up to 2-4 weeks may also be considered. Lastest is January start.
