As L&D Coordinator you will be responsible for the administration of the Learning and Development function and for coordinating the firm's development programmes. This entails liaising with internal and external clients to organise day to day training courses including booking rooms, equipment and catering; ensuring rooms are set up for training events; communicating details of the events to delegates; and being responsible for training materials. You will deal with enquiries from clients and members of staff and hold responsibility for updating training records, processing invoices and assisting in the evaluation process for all training courses. You will also assist with ad hoc administration as and when required by the wider HR team.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of coordinating legal training programmes and must have worked in a legal environment. You will have excellent communication, interpersonal and customer-service skills and you must be able to work on multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
