As an organisation in growth phase, this business is looking for a strong HR generalist who has TUPE experience. The organisation is set to quadruple in size and therefore experience of working within a developing business is essential.
On a day to day basis, you will manage a small team and be involved in setting up a new pay and grading structure. You will review and make amendments to the organisation's terms and conditions and HR policies. You will also be responsible for researching and procuring a new HR and Payroll system.
The successful candidate will have preferably worked within the Education sector previously. It is essential that you have strong TUPE experience and a strength in Employment Relations. You will be working in a small team so you must be someone who is flexible and have a hands on attitude to your workload.
