A leading global professional services company is currently recruiting for the role of Senior Reward Analyst to join their financial services consulting function.

This is a great opportunity for an individual with previous reward experience, ideally within financial or professional services organisations, to move into consultancy and build on this skillset within a market leading organisation.

The individual will contribute to a wide variety of complex projects for premier financial services clients with a focus on Rewards Consulting. They will interface with key clients internally and externally, create client deliverables, and ensure quality standards are met on all engagements. The Senior Analysts are an active part of our team approach which includes collaboration from all facets of the HR consulting function.

The role holder will be involved in all aspects of the projects that the team undertake, ranging from long term incentive planning to salary benchmarking. Candidates will ideally come with prior reward experience gained within financial or professional services organisations, strong stakeholder management skills and good academics.
