You will build relationships at all levels, advising on a wide range of generalist issues. HR within this organisation is a valued business function, operating with a customer-centric approach, so the ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills. You will manage a high volume of ER casework, manging these cases over the phone, and email effectively, as well as on a face to face basis where required. You will work closely with your HR colleagues to ensure a seamless and effective service is provided to your internal customers.
This is an immediate requirement and one that would provide a motivated and high calibre candidate a fantastic career development opportunity. You will be ideally MCIPD qualified or equivalent, with experience gained in a complex, unionised environment. Your employment law knowledge will be of a high level, and you will be able to translate your knowledge into business focused advice.
