A highly successful leading financial service is looking to recruit a HR Analyst and Project Manager based in London/Surrey. If successful, you will be part of the HR team, working closely with Senior Management and will be responsible for providing Management Information (MI) statistical information and assisting with key HR projects within the organisation.
•Defining and planning multiple, concurrent HR projects and initiatives through the life cycle by ensuring projects are in scope, milestones are met and everything is within the budget.
•Assisting with High level business impact analysis to facilitate decision making
•Providing relevant MI on HR activities such as Performance Reviews and Talent and Succession
•Producing HR MI along with detailed analysis to explain patterns and unexpected variances
•Preparing financial models and assess opportunities for potential projects
•Analysing the Banks annual compensation review
•Preparing presentations and key supporting schedules for the HR team and Bank ExCo
The Successful candidate:
•Must be able to demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to search out relevant information and explanations
•A good verbal and written communicator with the ability to share new analysis in an understandable and concise way
•Able to work under pressure and commit to strict deadlines
•Proactive and flexible, taking ownership of tasks and always seeking to add value
•Able to demonstrate project management and articulate planning, prioritisation and organisational skills.
