Senior HR Business Partner - Asset Management

Senior HR Business Partner required for an immediate start!

Our City based financial services client requires an HRBP to start ASAP to cover a 9 month fixed term contract, paying up to £80k, ideally with Asset Management experience. Responsibilities are to include:

• Collaborating with the HR team to co-ordinate initiatives across the business
• Provide HR team members with on-going feedback, support and coaching (Global level)
• Partner with the Reward team to review and target the internal/external environment to improve the HR policies and Reward initiatives for the business
• Implement initiatives to build a high-performing organisation
• Provide clear leadership, partner with the business and demonstrate an understanding of business trends and needs
• Work together with the global HR team to guide the people processes to ensure that employees’ level of performance and capabilities meet current and future standards
• Manage specific projects as determined by the HR business plan
• Implement HR policies and reward strategy
• Provide timely, comprehensive expert advice and coaching to business leadership and employees where needed

As this is an urgent hire our client requires candidates ideally with a CIPD qualification. You will also need to have experience working within the Financial Services (asset management) sector in a fast paced and challenging environment and be immediately available.
