You will be focused on creatively developing a variety of recruitment channels to ensure that the organisation identify, attract and engage with the best technical candidates, both passive and active.
You will build strong relationships with hiring managers across the business, working very closely with the delivery teams where appropriate to understand their hiring needs, particularly for new roles. You will advise managers in order to develop their understanding of recruitment and the market and will work closely with the HR team.

Knowledge, skills and experience required
- Experience of recruiting for IT/technical roles
- Proven experience of sourcing high quality candidates directly in innovative ways
- Experience in identifying exceptional passive talent and headhunting
- Exceptional interviewer both for technical ability and competency based assessment
- Bias for action, capable of working autonomously, driven to succeed
