The role requires an experienced practitioner who is able to work both operationally and strategically with the business, supporting on a range of bespoke Learning solutions.
Much of the role requires the individual to hold strong influencing skills and be able to provide an internal consultancy approach across the organisation, in order to establish learning needs.
The role requires individuals who are able to take company wide objectives and present them as Learning & development solutions which are bespoke to individual business areas
Projects will include how e learning is manage and presented across the business.
Applicants will need to hold experience of the above and be educated to degree level and hold a track record of having worked within a financial services/insurance environment.
