A superb opportunity has arisen to join a diverse & exciting organisation, which is undergoing significant growth and acquisition. A true market leader within their specialist services field, they represent a highly innovative proposition, and have brands within their portfolio which are household names. Due to ongoing commitment within the business and especially to HR, this HR Business Partner has been newly created.
Working across the business and within a dedicated HR team, you will be accountable for advising and guiding across the full spectrum of generalist HR. You will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with your key stakeholders, and ultimately delivering a best practice, first class HR service. The role encompasses both operational HR and projects and depending on business issues will span across;- change management, employee relations, learning & development, reward and resourcing.
Ideally you will be CIPD qualified and will have had a proven track record of delivering HR within a complex and challenging business environment. You will have a confident & creative approach to HR and will thrive on implementing pragmatic HR solutions, and HR best practice. Having had exposure to acquisitions would be beneficial.
