Do you have hands on experience of managing and resolving employee relations issues combined with a strong recruitment background?
My client is experiencing a successful period of growth and is looking to appoint a full time HR Officer on a permanent basis.
You will play a hands on role within the HR team; Giving advice and guidance to line managers on generalist HR issues whilst managing recruitment drive to completion.
Additionally you will get involved with day to day HR activities from Generating sickness absence reports though to coaching line managers.
As the emphasis of this role is ER & recruitment applicants should have hand on experience in this area combined with a generalist background. A CIPD would be a benefit but it is not essential.
