Reporting into the HR Director you will take responsibility for HR for the Berkshire office and will provide a full HR service. Key responsibilities will include:
- Implementation of the HR strategy;
- Employment matters;
- Case management (disciplinary, grievances, performance issues. absence management, maternity & paternity)
- Change Management;
- Compensation and benefits;
- Inductions;
- Payroll management;
- Recruitment & selection.
The successful applicant must be CIPD qualified and will have strong employment law experience. You will have a proven track record of operational generalist HR are will have proven ability in initiating changes to HR strategy and policies so as to ensure continued relevant to the business. You must have an understanding of payroll. As a true professional you will have strong leadership experience and will be adept at influencing key stakeholders as required.
Technology Business
£38,000 - £48,000 + benefits

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
