Learning and Development Manager - Leadership and Talent

The primary focus for this role will be to deliver a range of talent management and leadership development processes, solutions and projects concerning the top leaders within this business. You will seek continuous improvement of the talent and leadership strategy looking at the delivery of company wide talent review, assess and develop high potential colleagues, oversee the company wide performance management and managing leadership& development programmes. In addition to the work associated with your given client group you will also support company wide L&D initiatives and project management.
- Previous experience at Learning and Development Manager level with strong focus towards Leadership and Talent.
- Knowledge and experience running talent management practices and processes
- Project and Stakeholder management expertise
- Leadership/Management development experience
- Must have strong commercial acumen and interpersonal skills

A basic salary of c£50,000 per annum, car allowance, bonus up to30%, pension, healthcare
