A Leading Global Technology and Manufacturing company are looking for an HR Business Partner to lead their R&D division. This is an exciting opportunity for a bright, enthusiastic and driven HR Professional who is looking for a start-up role with huge potential for growth.
* The Role – As the first HRBP in the UK you will have full control over the strategic development of HR Processes. You will be joining the company at an exciting time of Global Growth. The position already encompasses multiple sites across Europe with the potential for an expanded global client group as the role progresses. As a self supporting truly Strategic HRBP position in a Greenfield site you will be keen to demonstrate the value of HR within a company.
* Client Group – Working for the Research & Development division your client group will be highly educated, entrepreneurial employees who put credibility in proof. Due to this, developing relationships will be challenging and require you to develop strong strategic HR relationships across the business by showing the way that HR can maximise the success and growth of the organisation.
* Skill Set – The role will suit someone with experience in the Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Engineering, Pharmaceutical or Manufacturing industries. Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Orientated client groups would be advantageous. Due to the global nature of the role, any European or Oriental Language Skills are highly desirable.
