The role responsibilities include consulting with Knowledge and Learning Managers and Advisors/Consultants globally to ensure buy-in and support for global initiatives, carrying out hands-on work within any area of the training cycle, managing courses/projects to ensure they run successfully and within the agreed budget and to act as a point of guidance on day-to-day work untaken by L&D Assistants. Additionally, pro-actively managing supplier relationships and liaising with line managers regarding any issues with external suppliers, delivering internal training courses/inductions across the business and ensuring own courses are charged out at an appropriate rate and avoiding losses for the department will also be required.
The successful candidate must have an undergraduate degree, experience of using a wide range of tools in the analysis, design, development and evaluation of learning initiatives and strong facilitation and delivery skills. Additionally, experience of working with external providers and an understanding of L&D in the context of a fee-earning, time-pressured environment will also be required.
