Management of the e-recruitment system Peoplefluent
Liaising with Suppliers to ensure Pre Employment Screening escalations are managed in accordance to process
Escalating process issues and risks identified via the relevant processes
Manage data quality by ensuring accuracy with data input and rectifying any mistakes in a timely manner
Monitoring control process checks throughout the end to end process to ensure compliance is met
Adherence to all Policies
Develop and maintain excellent relationships, applicable HR and Resourcing teams and Hiring Managers
Represent at appropriate levels both within and outside the Bank.
Attend & contribute to regular team meetings
Provide training to new team members and new hiring managers having input to the training guides
Being flexible to assist the team with wider initiatives as and when requiredPerson Specification
Excellent Interpersonal skills – listening, verbal, written communication.
In depth knowledge of the business area/projects/ roles that recruiting for
Strong time management and self organisation skills
Extensive knowledge of e recruitment systems
