I have a fantastic opportunity to work as a Reward Consultant within an excellent global organisaton. You will get exposure to the whole of reward and work closely with the Head of Reward. The organisation is offering excellent development within this role and excellent exposure to areas within reward.
You will be managing employee incentive programmes from initiation to implementation as well as reviewing and making recommendations and implementing reward changes that support the vision and values of the organisation, which maximizes the return on investment and creates a package that your colleagues will value.
Broad reward experience, to include some exposure to the introduction of new benefit plans, recognition programmes and engagement activity
Demonstrated ability to deliver on projects that drive and support the business
Experience of negotiating with suppliers
Advanced Excel skills
Experienced in the analysis, interpretation and presentation of complex data as proposals to key Stakeholders (which may be up to Board level)
