SUPPORTING TRANSITION & MIGRATION
As one of the largest public services sector employers, my client is renowned as a first class provider that delivers better value for public money and continues to improve the quality of care and outcomes for customers in Coventry and Warwickshire.
Following a programme of transformation and change, they now seek an experienced HR Advisor to join an established and highly professional HR team for 12 months, this is a new role where you will be responsible for the operational delivery of the transition and migration of the workforce. The migration of staff will be highly complex and will require adherence to both locally and nationally agreed processed and timescales.
In a sector that is facing unique change, you will be working within a small HR team to provide expert advice and guidance on all employment issues relating to the transition agenda, specifically change management, consultations, redundancy and TUPE.
That is why my client is seeking an strong HR Advisor, one who has experience of working within a HR function, familiar with building and maintaining positive partnership relationships with staff. You will be CIPD qualified, confident working with senior managers and experience of organisational change management and TUPE. You will have excellent knowledge of employment legislation, be a good communicator who can defuse difficult situations and resolve conflicts, able to devise HR solutions within a board framework and a board range of IT skills.
