As a Cluster HR Director you will be responsible for 8 direct reports and the delivery of first class, pro-active HR services across each hotel, ensuring their individual strategies are in line with that of the wider business but meeting their local needs. You will be required to understand the key business objectives and global initiatives in order to provide a business partner service whilst motivating site level HR personnel. Key objectives will be to look at succession planning, talent management, improve retention, coaching support, driving efficiencies and increasing productivity. You will also be responsible for advising on complex employee relations issues, emphasising on early identification and resolution.

- Strong financial acumen
- Ability to drive change
- Degree and/or CIPD qualified
- Previous experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Director
