This exciting new job is working for one of the UKs leading distribution companies and represents an excellent opportunity to get some hands on operational HR experience.
Case management is key in this role as you will spend most of your time giving advice and guidance to non HR staff managers around disciplinary, grievance and performance management issues. You will be field based and therefore will need to engage with and get the buy in of key stakeholders across the business. Whilst being there for the day to day HR matters, this role is also about adding value where possible to the business and recognising when more strategic or proactive HR planning might be needed.
Whilst you will have the backing of the larger HR team, this role puts you into the field and literally in front of managers and senior members of staff - you must be confident in the advice you are giving, and also mindful of when a second opinion might be needed!
