A new and exciting opportunity has arisen with our client, a global Technology platform provider. In this newly created, stand alone role you will be responsible for working with Senior Members of staff to identify training needs for a global management population, designing, delivering and evaluating training. You will also be involved in identifying talent pools of high potentials to ensure that effective succession planning takes place. Coaching will be a large part of this role.
The successful applicant will have experience of designing management development training within a global remit as well as proven experience in coaching. Ideally this experience will be gained within an IT / Financial Services business. You will be a highly credible individual with proven experience of influencing senior stakeholders as well as holding a high level of gravitas amongst this senior population.
