The role of HR business partner is intended to extend the change across the 700-strong UK business where HR is seen as a vital partner in delivering growth and change.You will provide general HR advice, supported by the central team of recruitment, administration and payroll.

It is avery hands-on role, the KPIs are around maximising profit through improving retention, managing headcount and organisational change projects. Youwill enjoy working in a constantly changing, very busy environment, getting completely engaged with their business area and staff population.
A solid and broad range of generalist, operational, HR advisory experience

Proven experience of working effectively in a challenging business partner role

Change management experience including use of MS Office package

An understanding of international business is an advantage

Able to travel within UK and Greater London as required

CIPD qualification is desirable
A leading, international Professional services organisation based in London.
£55,000 - £65,000

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
