The role will be a 50/50 division between recruitment and operational HR. From the recruitment side you will need to deal with high volume complex campaigns mostly recruiting directly as well as devising the strategies to attract high calibre candidates. You will be creative in your methods using every avenue available to you. On the HR side you will be responsible for employee relations, policies and procedures, managing one member of staff, provide day to day advice to line managers, monthly reporting and coaching managers on up to date HR professionals.
The ideal candidate for this role will be CIPD qualified with a strong background in both recruitment and HR. You will be articulate, polished, robust and should have the ability to deal with challenging situations. A sense of humour is a must!!
