Generalist HR Manager required. Our client operates within the financial services sector and has approximately 600 employees globally, with circa 250 in the UK. Reporting to a Global HR Director (also based in London) this role manages the UK HR team of 6 and is responsible for the day to day provision of HR operations including payroll and benefits. This is a broad generalist role which covers L&D, Recruitment, ER, Change Management, Performance Management, as well as Policy & Projects. It is important that as the UK HR Manager you are an experienced people manager with a strong generalist HR background which will have been gained within a fast paced commercial business sector, ideally financial services. You will be fully CIPD qualified with a stable career history to date and a proven track record of being a delivery focused HR professional.
