In this role, you will provide a high quality total reward support to a specific area of the business within the EMEA region. Some of your key areas of responsibility will include:

- Develop and deliver complex compensation projects
- Build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service to key stakeholders
- Co-ordinate the salary review and bonus processes including data analysis and reporting
- Ensure accurate and timely input to salary and benefit surveys for the region
- Provide market data analysis in support of salary reviews and in response to ad hoc requirements
- Review the total reward position across the EMEA region to ensure the company is competitively positioned in the local market
- Support of ad hoc compensation and benefits projects

You will need to have a good understanding of compensation and benefits, with global experience a distinct advantage. You will have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a good knowledge of job description preparation, job evaluation and market analysis.
