Our client is a small but global financial services company based in London who are looking for a Head of HR/HR Manager to make the young HR Department a central part of the business.
The role: This is the most senior HR position within the company, working directly with the CEO, Board Members and Senior Management. They are looking for a Generalist who has worked in a small company, with experience in all HR functions. The nub of the role is to assist with cultural change and deal with any resistance that it may cause.
Skills required: Experienced HR Manager/Head of HR who has worked with all levels of employee to create cultural change and had experience dealing with the issues it brings. You should have obvious examples of dealing with people in international offices and be confident, assertive and flexible in your approach to dealing with people; including managers, employees and members of the senior leadership team.
