Supporting a population of almost 9,000 teaching and medical staff the HR team the HR team is entering an exciting period of change with a number of exciting process, systems and service developments. This is an opportunity to be involved from the outset and to make a real difference to the way the service is delivered.
To manage direct and co-ordinate a team of HR Advisors providing a high quality business focussed and operational HR service to the schools and directorates within the College. This is a role for a strong HR generalist who wishes to successfully manage a number of high profile initiatives within a growing sector as well as formulate and influence the development of HR Policy.
You should be graduate level with experience of leading a team within a similar size organisation and have up to date knowledge of current employment law and HR best practice.
