Supporting a population of almost 9,000 teaching and medical staff the HR team the HR team is entering an exciting period of change with a number of exciting process, systems and service developments. This is an opportunity to be involved from the outset and to make a real difference to the way the service is delivered.

This is a key role providing a high quality learning and development service to the College with particular emphasis on enhancing the leadership and management capability of the organisation. With responsibility for ensuring the Colleges core training programmes are delivered to users and emphasis is placed on using third party suppliers effectively.

You with have an MSC in Occupational Psychology and be a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with robust experience of developing and leading leadership and management development programmes in a similar size organisation. Programme and course design expertise along with blended learning delivery evidence is essential for this high profile role.
