In this position you will be responsible for day to day HR operations across Germany, add strategic input and will help to move the function to be best in class. This role will potentially cover also the DACH region (Austria and Switzerland) in the future.
To be successful in this role you will have developed a well rounded HR generalist skill set, have a strong knowledge on the German labour law and experience in negotiating with German works’ councils gained in international companies. Exposure to C&B, Performance Management and Employee Relations would be highly beneficial.
Coupled with your strong HR skill set you will be a natural networker with effective communication skills and be comfortable working in an international business.
