An opportunity has arisen for a Compensation and benefits analyst to join a leading financial services business. The role requires an experienced reward professional who holds a broad range of experience across the reward space.
Working across the EMEA/global regions, the successful applicant will need to provide analytical advice to a range of stakeholders across a range of business areas.
Applicants will need to hold a track record having worked across employment tax and wider compensation & benefit areas.
Applicants will need to hold a strong financial services background and hold and be educated to degree level, ideally holding a finance professional qualification, such as AAT or ACCA.
