My client, a vital public sector organisation in London, is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to become an integral part of its HR function. A true generalist HR Business Partner position you will be working closely with senior Leadership in order to design the strategy to meet business objectives. You will then be responsible for the operational delivery of your designs.
The Role: A true Business Partner position you will have a good blend of strategic and operational HR skills. You will be working closely with Senior Stakeholders and Business Leaders in designing the people strategy needed to complete business goals. You will then have the role of implementing these plans across your client group. You must also know the best ways of implementing major change in a public sector body.
The Client Group: A highly diverse client group ranging from maintenance staff to highly qualified professionals you will be expected to adapt your style accordingly. A fully public sector body you must be skilled in creating change through its people.
Skill Set: Previous experience as an HR Business Partner within a public sector body is highly desirable. As is True Generalist experience implementing major change projects.
