The position is suitable for a CIPD/ CPP experienced HR Officer who has recent experience of managing various generalist HR practices within a clinical environment.
You will be required to work with the clinical managers regarding probation periods, appraisals, D&G, ER, sickness and absence, employee engagement- staff development, and training.
The role is versatile and offers growth which follows the businesses expansion plans. You will be involved with recruitment of non clinical staff, supporting managers through the interviewing process and providing support to other non clinical departments on site.
To be considered for the position you will need to have your CIPD/ CPP
Use to working in a stand alone position or at a HR Managers level.
You will be communicating to various senior management teams and Directors regarding reports and stats.
Able to deliver generalist HR Advice, and implement policy and procedures across the service.
