You will be working with a variety of public and private sector businesses supporting them on a variety of generalist HR issues. Main aspects of the role will include;
- Working with large populations of staff on a number of projects simultaneously
- TUPE transfers both in and out of the business
- Change management, including redundancy and restructure
- Employee Relations, including; disciplinary, grievance, appeal, performance management and absence management

My client is seeking an experienced HR Advisor who is used to working in a fast paced environment and able to effectively manage and prioritise a conflicting workload. Ideally you will have prior experience of working in a facilities management business and will be able to demonstrate the ability to work simultaneously with both public and private sector organisations. This role will suit a self motivated individual who is confident at working with senior management and has a positive attitude.
My client is a leading Business Services organisation
up to £32,000pro-rata + Car Allowance

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
