Regional HR Business Partner London & South

London (Greater) £45000 - £48000 per annum

Established for nearly 30 years now, this specialist retailer is looking to recruit a HR Business Partner to join its already stable team due to promotion. With nearly 400 stores across the UK they are the true market leaders in what they do and have a formidable reputation for service, quality and professionalism. An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and confident HRBP to join the team.

The primary purpose of the role is to support the Retail HR Manager in delivering the HR agenda to the Region. The HR Business Partner will primarily do this by supporting and advising Store Managers to develop the capability of their people and through being a visible presence in all their stores, responding to local needs in addition to implementing company HR practice in a consistent way.



Ideal Candidate



It is essential that you have experience of the following:



• High volume stores

• ER exposure

• Understanding of a fast passed retailer or operator

• Multi –site experience across at least 50 sites

• Supporting a Resourcing Manager and HR Manager on all generalist HR issues

• Strong understanding of procedures and policies

• Working on L&D, Comp & Bens and Talent

• Key project work and delivery to a high level



It is not essential that you are CIPD qualified. This is a superb opportunity to join a true market leader.
