Reporting in to the COO, our client is seeking a CIPD qualified (or equivalent) and ideally graduate, HR professional who must be working in a similar small or medium sized hedge fund, asset manager or private bank.
The successful candidate will be an individual who is looking to move in to their first role as a Head of HR, having previously gained experience as an HR Manager. This experience must have been gained within another small to medium sized organisation as outlined above.
The role offers the chance for a commercially astute HR professional who is able to offer advice and guidance to the business which will help it develop and retain talent, deliver a light touch HR service, and drive forward revenues and profit.
