An exciting opportunity to work on a regional basis as part of a wider team. You will be responsible for supporting your dedicated region in providing ER advice on issues such as grievance, disciplinary, conduct, capability, organisational change and generalist employee relations issues. You will also support the HR Business Partners on wider projects including restructures. You will be required to build strong working relationships with line managers across the region, and will coach and guide them on specific issues. You will also be responsible for developing ad-hoc materials to support the development of line managers in employee relations matters.
A great opportunity to join a fast paced and commercial business, the right candidate for this role will ideally be CIPD qualified, with exceptional knowledge of employment legislation. You will have prior experience of working in a HR Advisory capacity, ideally with a bias towards Employee Relations, with the ability to influence line managers and stakeholders. You will be comfortable working remotely with line managers, and also as part of a remote HR team. It is essential that you are comfortable working in a multi-site role.
