As the HR Business Partner you will be responsible for supporting the regional management team, ensuring the effective implementation of the regional business and people plans. You will take the lead with HR initiatives and projects in order to drive the HR agenda which at present has a strong focus on building organisational capability from top to bottom, driving rates of succession andimproving the companies 'fan index'. This role operates in a true business partner model with centre's of excellence in Recruitment, ER, L&D and Payroll/finance allowing the regional HRBP's to operate at that higher and more strategic level. Other focus areas include talent management, supporting organisational change, minimising risk of tribunals, reducing labour turnover and improving retention.
- Must have operatedat a HR Business Partner level and be able to demonstrate key deliverables with the focus areas mentioned above
- Previous experience in the Retail, Leisure or service sectors advantageous
- Must be used to fast pace, commercial environments
- Multi site experience advantageous
- CIPD qualified
A well known, national Leisure business which offers a fun, informal environment.This role will technically be home based and supporting c30 sites across greater London.
A basic salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, company car or car allowance of £4,500, pension contributions, bonus up to 20%, healthcare
