Due to a restructure they are now seeking to appoint an HR Manager/Business Partner to work within their Medical Directorate working within a customer group up to 1,000 staff and an HR team of 5 staff who have considerable expertise within HR and the client group they represent.
The major focus of this role is to work business to business with your client group and to formulate a Business Plan which will achieve the overall objectives of the business and to drive these HR initiatives across the organisation. This will involve good leadership/management and communication skills and the ability to empower and motivate your team for their ongoing personal development plans.
You should be a strong generalist with sound technical employment law knowledge, have a can do will attitude, be resilient and determined but also appreciate some initiatives can have a longer timescale. NHS/HEALTHCARE experience is essential.
