The Resolution Manager will deliver high quality, consistent and clear employee relations advice, support and case management to all parts of the business, including senior managers. You will provide managers with effective coaching and support where appropriate and manage complex employee relations cases through to resolution, in line with SLAs and minimising the businesses exposure to employment tribunals. You will deliver planned and agreed individual consultations as part of TUPE and redundancy activities, on behalf of HR Business Partners.
The ideal candidate will have in depth knowledge of Employee relations policies, procedures and processes and significant experience of managing their application. You will have in depth knowledge of employment law and experience in coaching managers on complex cases. You will have excellent customer service skills as well as the ability to work effectively and establish a positive relationship with senior managers, employees and colleagues at all levels within the organisation. Finally you will ideally be fully CIPD qualified.
A private sector business in Buckinghamshire
An annual salary of up to £33,000 plus benefits.
