Interim HR Manager £38-40k – 3 months

Robert Walters is currently representing a well known organisation based in Oxford who need some assistance on an interim basis for c3 months……supporting 2 senior HR Managers, key areas of expertise need to include:

- Employee Relations

- overseeing the HR admin team to ensure work is processed efficiently

- processing flexible working applications

- assisting with salary reviews

- producing HR data using spreadsheets

Experience required:
- CIPD Qualification (or overseas equivalent)
- The HR culture requires a robust individual who is proactive in communications and able to develop effective relationships at all levels within the company
- Solid analytical skills and demonstrated ability to solve problems quickly and creatively
- Comfortable performing multifaceted initiatives in conjunction with day-to-day activities with minimum supervision
- Good working knowledge of HR processes and policies

Working hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
