Reporting into the VP for People Services you will be accountable for developing, delivering and owning the HR Service Delivery strategy and embedding a culture of world class customer service and continuous improvement. Whilst the centre has been operational for some time this represents a real opportunity to contribute to a step change in standards and performance as business demand grows. Currently the centre supports c.11,000 employees and this will grow to c.40,000 by the end of 2013.
Within this complex and multi-site environment you will co-ordinate all activity for HR operations, which includes the whole employee life-cycle as well as employee MI. This will include improving processes and implementing operational excellence throughout the team, agreeing SLA's with the business and creating a more customer focused function. With a proven track record of process improvement within a shared services environment, you will deliver consistently high levels of customer service and professionalism, as well as a commercial understanding that enables you to identify added value services. You are able to engage at all levels of the business, building strong business relationships while providing leadership and direction to a size-able shared service team
