An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor to join my clients prestigious organisation in Northampton.
To advise and support client base on employment matters; guiding through procedures in areas of sickness absence management, grievance and disciplinary.
To act as a key point of contact for employees, responding to/resolving a wide range of HR queries (e.g. policy and process questions) in both the presence and absence of the HR Managers.
Support line managers with all areas of HR, including recruitment, succession planning, compensation and benefits, employee relations and management development.
Provide ad-hoc support on change management projects including providing data to HRSS, checking of displacement packs and also to assist in the production of documentation as required.
Support mangers through the recruitment and selection process ensuring best practice and utilising cost effective attraction strategies.
Advise on the application of the businesses reward strategy with regard to recruitment, promotion and salary recommendations. Undertake internal and external salary benchmarking.
Participate and/or management of HR projects.
Support the yearly cycle of projects such as appraisals, pay review and bonus.
To be considered applicants must:
Be full / part CIPD qualified (or equivalent)
You will need to have a proven track record and extensive experience in ER resolution as well as solid exposure to generalist recruitment.
