Employee Relations Case Advisors key responsibilities:
•Management of the core processes involved in employee relations ensuring they are all delivered in a timely fashion.
•Maintain an in depth knowledge of all ER processes, flagging any need for change to the relevant managers.
•Dealing with flexible working requests, considering all aspects of the requests and the effects of the requests and subsequently advising the relevant manager of the best course of action to be taken.
•Managing leave of absence requests i.e. for sabbaticals.
•Managing the sickness absence process by keeping track of all sickness absence data and dealing with any relevant cases.
•Ensuring timely delivery of Data Subject Access Requests.
•Handling FSA exam failures putting in to action any disciplinary procedures.
•Supporting and advising managers through the performance management and improvement process.
•Supporting if there are any redundancy procedures.
•Providing guidance on ad hoc problems.
Employee Relations Case Advisor key requirements:
•Full understanding of all aspects of employment law and HR policy.
•Understanding of components of HR and their responsibilities to ensure that queries are handled by the appropriate team.
•Experience of dealing with and handling highly confidential information.
•Ideally CIPD qualified/part qualified.
