They have a UK head office based in Essex and have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Manager to join them and lead an established and high performing technical training team.
The technical training team is an integral part of their business. They provide systems, regulatory and financial product training for all the staff as well as supporting the integration of their new customers to the business.
Reporting to the Head of L&D this is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to help shape a diverse workforce and to support the drive to improve our business performance in a fast changing environment.
To be successful in this role it is essential that you can demonstrate the ability to motivate others to achieve high performance. You will also have excellent communication skills, being able to build effective relationships at all levels in order to understand business aims and translate them it into achievable goals for the team.
You are likely to hold a Certificate in Training Practise (CTP) or equivalent and will ideally have previous experience of working in the Financial Services industry.
