Within this role you will partner with your client group and be actively involved with high level stakeholder management providing a true value-add service.
This role focuses on permanent Operation roles although there will be some need to support other areas within the division. You will be :
• End to end for permanent hires across a high volume market
• Provide in-depth technical interviews
• Assist with ER issues involved with recruitment
• Provide MI on recruiting metrics for trend analysis
• Support senior managers with regular and current market information
• Vendor management
To be successful you will need to be a proven internal recruiter with end-to-end recruitment experience within Investment Banking. Ideally this will be within the Operations space but other areas will be considered if you can demonstrate experience working in a high volume area on permanent roles.
You will need to be an excellent communicator, with proven negotiating and influencing skills.
This is a 6 month contract to start immediately.
