As our client looks to streamline their business they require the expertise of a HR Systems and Project Manager to manage the implementation of new systems as well as act as an expert on fully leveraging new tools. You will be responsible for tailoring processes to local needs and legalities and will manage a team across this region to support this goal. You will also play a pivotal role when the business considers the selection of new technologies and in managing vendor relationships.
You will have experience in managing HR systems, working across multiple countries and possess a strong project management ability. You will be analytical in nature and a natural team builder. Exposure to multiple HR systems is vital as well as experience in budgeting and HR KPI’s.
