The role will form part of the legal resourcing team and will require an individual to lead and support across the full graduate recruitment life cycle.
With much work having been invested into the employer brand the business is in a good position for this years program.
Applicants will need to hold a proven track record dealing with all areas of the program which will begin with campus attraction methods, through to graduate development and presenting/maximising the employer brand.
Applicants will need to be able to communicate effectively with students, academics and teachers and hold the ability to manage and lead events.
A proven track record in the above will be required as the individual will need to hit the ground running.
Applicants must be educated to degree level.
